As an Electrical Controls Technician, you will work independently or as a team to service and maintain various types of electrical controls equipment typically found in the water and wastewater industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, Start-up and Calibration of Process Instrumentation: Flow Meters, Pressure Transmitters, Level, Temperature and Analytical Instrumentation.
  • Frequently working under tight deadlines in the field and/or service center.
  • Electrical wiring, conduit and wire installations of control panels including entire service entrance equipment.
  • Assists in planning, installation, repair and troubleshooting of new or modified installations for electrical systems.
  • Must be able to travel on short notice and work outside of normal business hours when necessary.
  • Desire and ability to work in a fast paced and continuously changing field.
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical control systems required.
  • Ability to work overtime on short notice required.
  • Basic computer knowledge required (Gmail, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to manually lift and maneuver heavy objects, parts, equipment and materials required.
  • Ability to work under little supervision.
