Arcadia Home Care & Staffing, part of the Addus Homecare family of companies, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Caregiver to provide support and personal care assistance to clients with behavioral health needs in the West Bloomfield area.

This is a long-term position that requires a caring and compassionate individual who can help clients stay safe and healthy in their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience providing personal care for others and be able to work rotating weekends.

As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for enabling clients to stay in their homes by providing support and personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming. You will also support clients by providing light housekeeping and laundry services, shopping for food and other household requirements, preparing and serving meals/snacks, and running errands.

Some of the key requirements for this position include:

  • Experience providing personal care for others
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Great attendance is required
  • Exceptional patient service skills and a caring and compassionate personality
