Job Description:

At Soliant, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a full-time capacity. This school-based role involves assessing and treating students with speech and language disorders, developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support students' communication and academic progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address students' unique needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress to ensure effective communication and academic growth.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success and provide a supportive learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of services provided to ensure transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain in the state of Missouri.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.
  • Experience in a school setting is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
