Job Summary:

Rock Medical Group is seeking a skilled Travel Imaging Technologist to join our team. As a Special Procedures Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures, including fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and X-ray.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform imaging procedures, including fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and X-ray, to diagnose and treat medical conditions.
  • Operate imaging equipment, such as X-ray machines and ultrasound devices, to produce high-quality images.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
  • Current certification in Radiologic Technology (RT) (R) (VI).
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Experience with imaging equipment, including X-ray machines and ultrasound devices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment:

This position will be based in a hospital setting, working in the Interventional Radiology department. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced hospital environment and be able to work effectively in a team setting.
