Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and respond to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Improve customer engagement with merchandise and provide outstanding customer service to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Operate cash registers, manage financial transactions, and balance drawers accurately.
- Achieve established sales goals and targets.
- Direct customers to merchandise within the store and increase in-store sales.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our formalwear products and services.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-organized and visually appealing at all times.
- Introduce promotions and opportunities to customers to increase sales.
- Cross-sell products to increase purchase amounts.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Ability to utilize retail technology and computer programs, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
