Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies for complex data models and BI reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test data to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Utilize strong SQL skills and experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, and IICS to test and validate data warehouse and data mart functionality.
  • Work with databases like SSMS, Oracle, Workbench, and Snowflake to ensure seamless data integration and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in reporting tools such as Merlin, Tableau, and Sigma to create data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize testing requirements, and develop test plans to meet business needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our data warehouse and data mart testing capabilities remain current and effective.
Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of FiveTran, DBT, Airflow, and Great Expectations is a plus.
  • Experience with data automation using Great Expectations, TabJolt, DataBricks, and RightData is a plus.
  • Experience working in the food and transportation industry is a plus.
