Hamilton Inn Inc Defunct is seeking a skilled Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial accuracy and integrity of our hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Post, report, and balance daily transactions and payments for the hotel's lodging operation and other outlets.
- Perform end-of-day routines on hotel systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Attend to guest registration, room assignments, and special requests, providing exceptional customer service.
- Take, modify, and update room reservations, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
- Accurately record and process guest charges, credits, and payments, maintaining financial accuracy.
- Assist and respond to guest inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Deliver the company's brand promises, upholding our commitment to excellence.
- Professional, warm, and approachable demeanor.
- Fluent English language skills, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking abilities.
- Ability to remain level-headed in hectic situations, maintaining composure under pressure.
- Accurate task completion, with minimal supervision, demonstrating independence and self-motivation.
This role operates in a professional hotel environment, requiring frequent movement within the front office area. Occasional stock replenishment and equipment maintenance may be required. The physical demands of this position include occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds and prolonged stationary periods at the workstation.
Mental Demands:This role requires mathematical ability to identify and correct accounting errors, as well as mental alertness to manage stress during hectic situations.
Education and Experience:A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a college education preferred.
