Service Writer

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Writer to join our team at L&M Fleet Supply. As a Service Writer, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, scheduling and tracking service and repair activities, and acting as a liaison between our shop technicians and customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Schedule and track service and repair activities, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer requests.
• Act as a liaison between shop technicians and customers, communicating effectively to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Order parts, assist customers with special orders, and provide sales assistance as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Previous experience in customer service, automotive, or small engine service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
