Clean and maintain assigned areas of the property, including common areas, vacant apartments, and property grounds, as directed by the Property Manager and the Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain assigned areas of the property, including common areas, vacant apartments, and property grounds.
• Follow instructions and work individually or as part of a team.
• Read, write, and understand written instructions and labels on cleaning supplies.
• Adhere to all landlord/tenant laws, state and federal laws, and fair housing laws, as well as refrain from all illegal discrimination practices.

Requirements:

• Previous janitorial experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products for janitorial duties.
• Motivated and efficient individual with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
