As a Weekend Product Test Engineer, you will be part of a talented team of over 14,000 highly skilled Electronic Systems employees making an impact – for our customers and the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

  1. Support the test and troubleshooting of Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA's), modules, and sub-assemblies, working directly with hardware and design engineering personnel as required.
  2. Collaborate with and train manufacturing test personnel staff to debug failures down to module and component level.
  3. Communicate utilizing written and oral communication skills; interact with managers, staff, co-workers and others encountered in the course of work; ability to compose materials such as detailed reports and work-related documents and communicate substantively about them.
  4. Generate and implement improvements in product and test design and develop methodologies to reduce cost, increase yield, and improve throughput.
  5. Comprehensive analysis of test data to identify changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements.
  6. Generate and review the technical content of test procedures, drawings, engineering specifications, reports, Engineering Change Orders, and other documentation.

Salary Information

A competitive salary ranging from $75,570 to $128,480 is available for this position, reflecting our market pay structures.

Please note that individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors, including business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, candidate qualifications, skills, education, and experience.
