Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team in Dallas, Texas.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art IR department, performing a wide range of procedures from small to complex treatments. As an Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality IR procedures according to exam protocol in a timely manner.
  • Prepare patients and equipment for procedures, ensuring proper positioning and immobilization.
  • Utilize AIDET when communicating with patients to ensure correct exams are performed and establish rapport.
  • Protect patients and employees by adhering to safety requirements, infection-control, drug, and radiation policies.
  • Maintain equipment and work area to meet quality and cleanliness standards.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited program in radiologic technology.
  • 1 year of experience in IR technology, preferably in a busy lab.
  • ARRT-R Radiography certification required; MRT licensure by the State of Texas Medical Board.
  • ARRT-CI, ARRT-CV, or ARRT-VI certification within 2 years of hire date.
