Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at our inpatient facility. As an LVN, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide individualized care to clients. Your responsibilities will include supervising other staff members, preparing medical records, administering medications, and promoting a culture of recovery and respect.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise licensed and non-licensed staff in delivering patient care
- Prepare and review medical records and nurses' notes to evaluate client physical and emotional status
- Provide nursing care according to physician orders, care plans, standards, policies, and procedures
- Prepare and monitor patient-administered medications as ordered by physicians
- Sign, date, and perform all charting, record-keeping, and care plans in accordance with established policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- Current LVN license or LPT certification
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and email
- Ability to coordinate with professionals from diverse backgrounds
- Commitment to the recovery philosophy and client-centered care
