Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping and Accounting Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payables, receivables, and payroll, as well as making collection calls and managing cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payables, receivables, and payroll
  • Make collection calls and manage cash flow
  • Perform financial record-keeping and reporting
  • Assist with financial planning and budgeting

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of bookkeeping and accounting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Extensive experience in accounts receivable, collections, and payroll
