Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting students with communication disorders.

About the Role

This full-time position is available immediately and requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality services to our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement individualized speech therapy plans for students with varying levels of need
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure consistent support and progress monitoring
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and adapt plans as necessary
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate of Clinical Competence or in Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CCC or SLP-CF)
  • Active State of Massachusetts SLP Licensure
  • School experience preferred
Working Conditions

This position offers a dynamic work environment with a caseload of 35 students (Grades 7 & 8) and a schedule of Monday to Friday from 8:15am to 3:45pm.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $70,000 - $80,000 based on industry standards and location.
