Certified Tax Professional

We are seeking highly skilled Tax Experts to join our team at Intuit. As a Tax Expert, you will play a critical role in helping our customers complete their taxes using our TurboTax products.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide tax advice and full-service return preparation to our customers
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate and timely solutions
- Manage product/software inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Work collaboratively with our team to advance our goal of "Powering Prosperity Around the World"
- Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws
- Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) and dedicated hardwired internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and interact with customers through video and audio tools
