Raytheon Careers is seeking a seasoned Principal Photolithography Process Engineer to join our Focal Plane Operations Process Engineering department. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge semiconductor and focal plane array manufacturing processes in support of production and development products across multiple domains.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have expertise in photolithography processes, deposition technologies, and semiconductor wafer processing. They will provide technical expertise to support fabrication operations, maintain current processes, optimize existing processes, and train in safe and efficient operations of the photolithography process cell. Additionally, they will be responsible for controlling, developing, and optimizing photolithography processes and equipment, as well as troubleshooting and resolving issues that impact manufacturing process yields.

Requirements and Qualifications
The successful candidate will hold a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years' experience as a Process or Manufacturing Engineer in an Optics, Electro-Optics, and/or Microelectronics environment. Alternatively, an advanced degree with 5 years of Process or Manufacturing Engineer experience in a similar field is also acceptable. Key skills and qualifications include experience with photoresist coaters, steppers, and developer equipment, as well as proficiency in interfacing with multiple functions such as Product Engineering, Systems Engineering, Quality, Mechanical Design Engineering, Factory Management, Equipment Engineering, and Process Engineering.
