**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team of professionals at Supported Living Group LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing therapeutic services and support to adults with neurodivergent needs, including those recovering from TBI and stroke, as well as those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assess the psychosocial needs of neurodivergent clients and develop customized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy as appropriate, and support clients in navigating the healthcare system and accessing necessary resources.
  • Advocate for clients' rights and preferences in treatment and recovery plans, and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training activities, and collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, families, therapists, and care managers.

**Requirements:**

  • Currently certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and maintain a License from the CT Department of Public Health as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Compliance with all applicable training, state licensure, and certification requirements.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with neurodivergent people, adults experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of brain injury and stroke recovery principles and best practices, as well as autism spectrum disorder and effective treatment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
