Job Overview
As a Patient Service Center Representative at Spectraforce Technologies, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients. You will be responsible for handling all front office duties, including customer inquiries, data entry, insurance billing, and problem resolution.

About the Role
This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday from 6am-2pm EST. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
* Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner
* Assist patients with kiosk sign-in and ensure accuracy
* Contact clients to obtain patient orders
* Handle customer inquiries in a professional and respectful manner

Requirements
* One year of customer service experience
* Excellent understanding of English language, both spoken and written
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
