Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandising and Stocking: Receive, stock, and rotate merchandise on shelves and in stockrooms, ensuring that products are facing forward and at eye level.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory audits to identify and correct discrepancies, and maintain accurate records of stock levels and movements.
  • Member Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with finding products, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe store environment by sweeping, mopping, and restocking shelves, as well as reporting any maintenance or repair needs to management.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise up to 25 pounds, and stand for long periods of time.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members, colleagues, and management.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to accurately count and record inventory levels.
