Waterblasting Specialist

Hog Technologies is seeking a skilled Waterblasting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for operating high-pressure Waterblasting equipment to clean surfaces in various environments.

• Operate hand-held Hydroblasting guns to clean surfaces and remove specific compounds.
• Work in wet environments, wearing protective gear and following strict safety protocols.
• Produce quality results in limited visibility conditions.
• Work independently and as part of a team, performing physically demanding tasks.
• Travel to job sites with the crew, often for multiple-day assignments.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience as a laborer, with no prior Waterblasting or pressure washing experience required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work with others and with little supervision.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to represent the company to customers.
• Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card preferred.
• Knowledge of safety regulations in phosphate mines and a Phosphate Card a plus.
