This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of specialists in high-voltage maintenance at our Memmingen location. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of 25 substations and approximately 200km of high-voltage transmission lines.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the high-voltage maintenance team in executing maintenance measures, from work preparation and scheduling to data revision.
- Take on emergency assignments and standby duties outside of regular working hours.
- Shape processes and digitalization in maintenance, leveraging your innovative and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Provide support to other units in maintenance with special skills.
- A master's/technician's degree in electrical engineering or a completed degree with a focus on electrical engineering.
- Many years of experience in the maintenance of high, medium, and low voltage equipment, including transformers.
- A high level of determination, organizational talent, resilience, flexibility, and the ability to work at heights.
- A valid driver's license for classes B and C/CE, or willingness to obtain a class C/CE license soon.
