Job Summary:
The Fraud Specialist role at United Bank is a pivotal position that requires a high degree of initiative, accuracy, and sound judgment. As a representative of the bank, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless dispute experience to customers while deepening and strengthening their relationships with our institution.

Key Responsibilities:
* Process inbound calls related to fraud inquiries, making sound decisions while considering the delicate balance between risk and customer service.
* Make outbound calls to customers who have requested assistance with disputes or fraud situations, providing clear explanations and conciliatory solutions.
* Maintain awareness of ongoing trends in debit/credit card transactions, escalating new patterns to Team Lead for further research and analysis.

Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of customer service and/or banking experience preferred.
* Extensive knowledge of bank resources, policies, and procedures, as well as proficiency in banking regulations, especially those regarding fraud and disputes.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to listen intently, speak clearly, and explain complex issues simply and concisely.
* Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and demonstrate a positive, respectful attitude while working harmoniously with other employees.

Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
