Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our industrial, distribution, manufacturing, and cold storage projects. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of commercial or industrial construction experience, with at least three years in a lead role on a project site.

  • Assumes responsibility for scheduling, production, logistics, quality, and safety on assigned project.
  • Participates with the project team in preparation and presentation for all project review meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills, building trusted owner relationships, and effective presentation skills. They will also have proficiency in employing the foundational principles of construction management, encompassing the adept utilization of expertise tailored to trades and scopes of work.
