Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:
  • ServSafe certification
  • CDM certification, required
  • Food Service Sanitation Manager Certification, preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a healthcare dietary supervisory role
  • Knowledgeable of skilled nursing dietary laws, regulations, and guidelines
