pbJob Description/b/ppChannel Personnel Services is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to oversee technical studies, project implementation, and regulatory compliance at the plant site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining hardware and software of process computers, with a focus on DCS control systems. Your expertise will be essential in collaborating with cross-functional teams, performing unit optimization studies, and participating in engineering efforts for process and cost improvements./ppbKey Responsibilities:/b/pulliConduct technical studies for unit optimization, emphasizing safety, environmental compliance, reliability, efficiency, and cost improvements./liliParticipate in team design engineering efforts to identify and achieve process and cost improvements./liliPrepare AFEs, MOCs, and Incident Reports related to technical issues. Approve MOCs for technical details and process hazard analysis reviews./liliAct as the main point of contact for plant technical issues, working cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and maintenance./liliMaintain Process Safety Information, administer and monitor MOC records' status./liliManage and maintain process computers, including updates, programming, safety system testing, and training./liliDevelop software for daily review of utility and raw material consumption figures and production data./liliLiaise with the Client's Environmental Control department and quality control laboratory./liliAssist in the reconciliation of production, utility, and raw material consumption data./liliServe as a backup for the Manufacturing Expert and participate in rotating on-call responsibilities./liliOversee and submit required environmental reports, including primary coordination of the N2O Project./liliEnsure completion of regulatory reporting activities, including SDS and product specification files./liliMaintain the CEMS system for emissions reporting./li/ulpbRequirements:/b/pulliBS in Chemical Engineering./lili10+ years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Chemical Processing Plant./liliPrefer experience in the Nitric Acid field, Foxboro DCS experience, Project Engineering experience, and leadership in projects under $3 million./liliKnowledge of Pi experience, Microsoft Office Suite./li/ul
