Job Summary

ABHS is seeking a skilled Clinical Supervisor to lead our mental health team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical and administrative aspects of our mental health programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Supervision
    • Provide individual and group supervision to mental health clinicians
    • Facilitate clinical meetings and ensure adherence to best practices
    • Develop and implement training programs for clinicians
  • Direct Care to Clients
    • Manage a caseload of 1-2 groups and facilitate 1-2 groups per week
    • Provide crisis management and intervention services
  • Administration
    • Oversee the scheduling and time-off requests of clinicians
    • Manage incident reporting and ensure compliance with regulations
    • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead the mental health team to achieve program goals and objectives
    • Develop and implement training programs for clinicians
    • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Education
    • Master's degree in a related field
    • Full licensure in the state of practice
  • Experience
    • 1+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a mental health treatment facility
