Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a highly skilled CEI Senior Project Engineer to lead and direct our Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) teams in Florida. As a key member of our Critical Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for overall contract management, administration, and coordination of CEI services for diverse and complex DOT projects in various Florida locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct CEI teams in Florida, ensuring effective contract management, administration, and coordination of CEI services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project delivery, quality, and safety.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage contracts, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Requirements:
  • BS degree in Civil Engineering.
  • PE license in the state of Florida (or ability to obtain registration within six months).
  • Minimum 10+ years of CEI experience on roadway and/or bridge projects, supporting DOT clients.
  • FDOT Advanced MOT certification and CTQP Quality Control Manager Course completion preferred.
