- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and develop effective strategies for asset protection.
- Develop and maintain emergency readiness programs and policies.
- Support incident management and emergency response efforts as necessary.
Accountability:
- Ensure the reliability of fire suppression and emergency notification systems.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Protect personnel and minimize asset damage during emergencies.
- Oversee the competency and performance of safety staff and contractors.
- Ensure timely resolution of safety-related action items.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in industrial safety and fire protection.
- Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and standards.
- Ability to manage fire protection systems and conduct safety assessments.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in health and safety within the refining or petrochemical sectors.
- Knowledge of emergency response and incident management.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
