Medical Director

We are seeking an experienced physician to lead our outpatient psychiatry team in California. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care while overseeing the clinical and operational aspects of our practice.

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $250,000 - $300,000, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality patient care to patients of all ages and diagnoses
- Overseeing the clinical and operational aspects of our practice
- Collaborating with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Developing and implementing clinical protocols and procedures
- Mentoring and supervising junior staff members
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Board certification in psychiatry
- At least 5 years of experience in outpatient psychiatry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

LocationThis position is located in Mission Viejo, California, with easy access to Irvine, Laguna Beach, and other nearby cities. The commute to San Diego International Airport takes approximately 1 hour.
