We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Center Team Member to join our team at Conserv FS. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver products to customers or Service Centers according to company standards.
  • Apply crop production inputs to fields and growing crops according to recommended rates and procedures.
  • Mix or blend products according to recommended rates and procedures.
  • Record application data according to regulations and standards.
  • Control inventory and maintain accurate records.
  • Set up and maintain equipment for blending and delivery of products.
  • Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
  • Repair and rebuild equipment as needed.
  • Assist in loading trucks and equipment for delivery.
  • Improve efficiency and reduce costs to achieve business goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of related work experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required; Class B CDL with Hazmat endorsement preferred.
  • Pesticide or fertilizer licenses or certifications required in applicable states.
  • Ability to work extended hours as business conditions warrant.
  • Occasional exposure to extreme weather conditions, noisy environments, and hazardous materials.
