Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Valet Supervisor to join our team at Platinum Parking. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of valet attendants to provide excellent customer service and ensure the efficient operation of our facilities.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of our parking facilities, including managing budgets, labor, and non-labor expenses.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Complete company reports and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Process unit payroll and tips, and ensure that all employees receive accurate and timely compensation and benefits.
  • Client Relations: Attend weekly client meetings, interface daily with clients, and plan and schedule all events.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
Requirements
  • Computer Skills: Must have strong computer skills and experience with software applications.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a Valet Supervisor or Valet Manager, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to clients and employees.
  • Integrity: Strong integrity and ability to enforce policies and procedures.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well with clients and employees, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
