Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join one of our trusted school districts in New Lenox, IL. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for working on IEPs, conducting evaluations and assessments, and communicating effectively with teachers, psychologists, and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior support plans
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Provide training and support to staff on behavior intervention strategies
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Education or Special Education
  • National Certificate in BCBA
  • Ability to pass a drug and background check
