Rhodium Specialist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Rhodium Specialist to join our Operations team at Brilliant Earth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to jewelry production, including rhodium plating and steaming, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Finishing and Cleaning: Perform finishing and cleaning for fine jewelry products, including rhodium plating and steaming.
• Adhere to Guidelines: Adhere to guidelines to ensure gemstone and metals are handled properly.
• Execute Quality Assurance: Execute quality assurance best practices to ensure products meet Brilliant Earth's high-quality standards.
• Perform Data Entry: Perform data entry in our MES systems, ensuring accurate product tracking in the system.
• Meet Daily Processing Timelines: Meet daily processing timelines and quotas.
• Communicate with Cross-Functional Teams: Communicate and work cross-functionally with other teams, providing updates on status, issues, and concerns.
• Maintain Workspace: Maintain the workspace in a clean, organized, and efficient manner.
• Adhere to Product Security and Safety Protocols: Adhere to product security and safety protocol and procedures.

Requirements:

• Physical Product Production Experience: Physical product production experience, preferred.
• Robust Computer Skills: Robust computer skills and ability to effectively utilize MES/ERP systems.
• Highly Organized: Highly organized with a focus on execution and a strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional Time Management Skills: Exceptional time management skills and accountability.
• Ability to Adapt Quickly: Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Player: Team player with strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively, in-person and virtually.
• Interest in Socially and Environmentally Responsible Organizations: Interest in socially and environmentally responsible organizations and products.
• Ability to Safely Access Workspace: Ability to safely access the workspace, which requires walking up 1 flight of stairs.
• B1 Level English Proficiency: B1 level English Proficiency (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
