Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage clinical research studies, including obtaining informed consent, scheduling participant visits, and collecting and managing data.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including IRB approvals, HIPAA, and GCP guidelines.
- Provide exceptional support to investigators and staff, including training, guidance, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain study-related documentation, including protocols, consent forms, and data management systems.
- Collaborate with study teams to ensure timely completion of studies and high-quality data.
- Identify and resolve issues with protocol compliance, and communicate with investigators and staff to ensure resolution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including sponsors, CROs, and regulatory agencies.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, industry trends, and best practices in clinical research.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or health-related field, or equivalent experience.
- 0-1 year of related experience for Clinical Research Coordinator I, 1-3 years for Clinical Research Coordinator II, 3-5 years for Clinical Research Coordinator III, and 5-7 years for Senior Clinical Research Coordinator.
- Ability to travel to off-site locations.
