- Participate in patient and family education, ensuring seamless communication and care coordination.
- Maintain accurate and complete records, ensuring timely and efficient documentation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, maintaining certification in BLS and ACLS, and pursuing additional specialty training as required.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in South Carolina.
- 2+ years of experience in urgent care or emergency medicine.
- DEA registration (preferred).
- Eligibility for credentialing as part of the Prisma Health Urgent Care & Prisma medical staff.
- BLS certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
