Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Assembly Technician to join our team in Arizona. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and testing medical device products in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly tasks, adhering to Work Instructions, SOPs, and FDA/ISO regulations.
  • Evaluate and test components and assemblies prior to and during the build process.
  • Ensure high-quality products by maintaining attention to detail and adhering to documentation and communication standards.
  • Comply with safety practices and follow personal protective equipment requirements.
  • Work independently and manage time effectively to meet production goals.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure team and personal goals are met.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of mechanical and/or electro-mechanical assembly experience.
  • Knowledge of IPC workmanship standards and experience in an ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 industry.
  • Demonstrated experience assembling mechanical/electrical assemblies and electrical sub-components.
  • Ability to work with various hand and power tools and recognize issues, troubleshoot, and repair as needed.
