Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nursing Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care to patients, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and documenting patient information.
  • Supervise nursing assistants and ensure that they adhere to established policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including vital signs, medication administration, and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A current/active RN license in the state of residence.
  • Current/active CPR Certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

What We Offer

We are proud to offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
