Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of OBD Calibrators in the development of OBD Diagnostic functions, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and minimizing Dashlamp activation throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Oversee pre-calibration activities on engine dynamometers and implement findings at the vehicle level.
  • Conduct diagnostic procedures, document results, and provide recommendations to enhance system reliability and durability.
  • Identify, procure, and maintain all necessary hardware and software tools for interfacing with engine management systems.
Qualifications
  • Proven leadership capabilities with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements related to OBD is advantageous.
  • Extensive knowledge of Powertrain management systems, including performance metrics, in-vehicle engine calibration, and data acquisition systems, along with a solid grasp of control systems and their requirements.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills; must exhibit strong organizational abilities and a methodical approach to engineering tasks.
  • Ability to manage personal workload effectively while demonstrating flexibility and initiative in response to changing project demands.
Educational Background

A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline is required (electrical or mechanical engineering preferred), with a Master’s degree being advantageous.
