Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be integral to our healthcare team, focusing on:
- Accurate interpretation and verification of medication orders in the pharmacy system.
- Compounding and dispensing medications with precision.
- Monitoring patient drug therapies for safety and efficacy.
- Maintaining the hospital formulary and promoting appropriate medication use.
- Providing timely medication information to healthcare professionals and patients.
- Assisting with clinical services such as drug consultations and therapeutic monitoring.
- Documenting clinical activities and interventions thoroughly.
- Managing pharmacy operations and supporting team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
- Preferred experience of at least one year in a hospital setting.
- Active pharmacist license in good standing.
