We are working with a firm in California that has multiple offices across the state. They are seeking a highly skilled Asbestos Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess not only legal expertise but also empathy and understanding for the clients they represent. This position requires adherence to the firm's core values and the ability to develop strong and lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients throughout the litigation process.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved.
  • Prepare for and represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.
  • Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and manage case files efficiently.

Requirements
