Hourly Rate: $32.00 - $38.00

Shift Type: Afternoons

Shift Times: Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Hours/Day: 8 hours

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist to provide mobile X-Ray and EKG services to various healthcare settings across Massachusetts. This role requires proficiency in producing high-quality diagnostic images, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
  • Perform and process X-rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment, submitting images to a Radiologist for interpretation.
  • Transport and unload portable X-ray equipment to perform exams as ordered by the physician, ensuring clinically diagnostic, technically competent X-ray images.
  • Perform EKGs as needed and transmit results to a Cardiologist for interpretation (if required).
  • Efficiently scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily as per protocol.
  • Maintain regular communication with dispatch, management, and healthcare staff.
  • Ensure professional interaction with peers, supervisory staff, and clients.
  • Maintain vehicle and X-ray equipment for operational readiness and safety.

Physical Demands
  • Ability to push/pull 50-100 lbs. with the use of vehicle ramps and pulleys.
  • The role may require transporting equipment into facilities, potentially requiring 50 lbs. of force multiple times a day.
Requirements
  • ARRT Certification and maintenance of required state licenses.
  • Valid drivers license in good standing for the applicable state.
  • COVID-19 vaccination is required for all individuals. Those seeking an exemption must submit proper documentation supporting their request.
