About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Surgical Technologist to join our team at UVA Health Northern VA & Culpeper. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective conduct of invasive surgical procedures.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and maintaining a sterile field for surgical procedures
  • Assisting surgeons and registered nurses during operations
  • Monitoring and maintaining equipment and supplies
  • Collaborating with the leadership team to identify and resolve unit issues

Requirements include:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Surgical Technology program
  • Previous Surgical Technologist experience preferred
  • Current Surgical Tech Certification preferred
