Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients via various channels. You will follow established help desk procedures and use your problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues efficiently. Additionally, you will manage and respond to all trouble tickets, create, change, and delete user accounts, and perform password issuance and resets, user authentication provisioning, and support tasks.

Key Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills
  • Able to clearly communicate technical information to users

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have at least 2+ years of experience in a similar role, experience with Remedy Ticketing system, and IAT Level I certification. A high school diploma is also required.

Work Environment:
This is a full-time position that requires occasional movement of small articles up to 10lbs and prolonged sitting. You will continually operate a computer and other office productivity machinery. You must be able to remain in a stationary position for most of the day.
