Key Responsibilities- Provide primary care to patients, including assessment, treatment, care planning, and medical care evaluation.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical histories, symptoms, and laboratory results to inform diagnosis and treatment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Current or temporary RN license in ND or compact RN licensure.
- CPR certification required within orientation period.
- Ongoing Point of Care certifications as required for department.
- RN program as evidenced by licensure.
- BSN preferred.
- One year or more of professional nursing experience preferred.
- Clinic experience preferred.
- Coding experience preferred.
- Travel to satellites may be required.
- Computer use is essential.
- Experience with lab testing and packaging.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
