Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join our team. This role involves overseeing the quality assurance processes to ensure all products meet or exceed industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance Oversight: Ensure that all products meet or exceed industry standards by overseeing the quality assurance processes.
- CMM PROGRAMMING: Program Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) to inspect parts and measure dimensions.
- Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and customer requirements.
- Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Quality Audits: Conduct regular internal and external audits to assess the effectiveness of the quality management system.
- Data Analysis: Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and develop actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5-7+ years of experience in quality assurance.
- 3+ years of experience working heavily in CMM programming.
- Expertise in quality standards, including ISO 9001.
- Analytical proficiency to interpret quality data and drive data-driven decision-making.
