**About the Role:**
This position involves providing empathetic and compassionate care to patients in our outpatient dialysis center. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized treatment plans, leveraging your nursing skills and knowledge to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Deliver high-quality patient care in an intimate outpatient setting
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
* Conduct patient observations, measurements, and machine setup as needed
* Provide education and support to patients and their families on dialysis-related topics

**Requirements:**
* Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required
* B.S.N. or diploma from an accredited program may be substituted for A.D.N
* Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg may be beneficial but not required
* Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification preferred
