Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, helping patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for everyday life.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care and services in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
  • Work collaboratively with the Occupational Therapist to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments, develop, and implement treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper techniques and strategies for daily living
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Minimum of an associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
  • Current certification in good standing with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
  • Current hands-on CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • Current medical documentation and testing
  • Current state and contract-required competency tests and credentials
