This is a full-time role that allows for a flexible work arrangement, including remote work options. Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience and hold an active California Bar license.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
- Experience in trial preparation and courtroom procedures, including managing files, motion practice, and conducting depositions.
- Familiarity with e-discovery tools.
- Exceptional skills in advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation.
- Strong academic background.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a well-organized approach to work.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Compensation and Benefits:
The anticipated salary range for this position is between $140,000 and $160,000 annually, based on a full-time schedule. Actual compensation will be determined by various factors, including qualifications, relevant experience, and market data.
This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
Additionally, the firm provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance with optional HSA/FSA, short-term and long-term disability coverage, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, a 401K plan, paid vacation, sick leave, transportation allowances, and an employee assistance program.
