We are seeking a skilled Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team at Thriveworks. As a clinician-founded national private practice group, we prioritize client accessibility, integrity, and quality care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others. They will be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing, and will be willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including up to $114,500 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. Our benefits include guaranteed pay, paid orientation, PTO, annual pay increases, and additional bonus opportunities.
