Your role will involve coordinating services for multipurpose conference rooms, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting clients in conducting meetings effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage events across various meeting spaces, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
  • Oversee the setup and breakdown of furniture, maintain cleanliness, and fulfill all necessary tasks to enhance the meeting environment.
  • Ensure all audiovisual equipment is properly maintained and updated with the latest firmware and software.
  • Assist with hardware swaps and manage daily requests through appropriate administrative channels.
  • Handle any issues that arise during events, following established protocols for emergencies.

Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of network connectivity and digital signal flow.
  • Familiarity with modern audiovisual technologies and excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with laptops, projectors, microphones, and remote participation tools for video conferencing.
  • Preferred certifications include Crestron DMC-E and network certification.
  • Proficient in various computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
